The system starts at a fast point-of-sale screen where the cashier registers garments and their services — washing, ironing and dry cleaning — with flexible per-item, per-service pricing and an express (rush) option. It then follows each order through its full lifecycle — received, processing, ready, out for delivery, delivered — on a live tracking board the workshop team watches in real time, with rack numbering that lets the cashier locate a ready order in seconds. It keeps complete customer profiles with addresses and preferences, a stored-balance wallet, loyalty points and discount coupons, and notifies customers by WhatsApp and SMS the moment their orders are ready. On the financial side it covers cashier shifts with cash reconciliation, multiple payment methods (cash, card, transfer, wallet), thermal receipts and VAT-compliant QR-coded tax invoices, plus expenses and real-time sales and profit reports — with multi-branch support and independent permissions for every role: manager, cashier, worker and delivery driver. And because laundry work never stays behind a desk, the system also comes as a mobile app for Android and iPhone that installs on phones and tablets and does everything the website does — the cashier works from a tablet at the counter, the workshop team updates order statuses from the floor, and the driver follows their deliveries from their phone on the move.
